The Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Selvi Jayaraman Jayalalithaa announced that she will give free cell phone to every household is Tamil Nadu if her party wins the 2016 TN Assembly elections. She and her AIADMK party has won the election. So now she will fulfill all the promises made by her before the election including the Free Amma Kaipesi Mobile Scheme.
