My new MacBook Pro 10.12 is advertising Sierra to buy but I am not sure whether it has already be installed or not when the transferred the data over fro my old laptop. How can I know if it is installed or not? Hard to get a technician to ring back to say whether it was installed or not but no payment for it was mentioned. When I tried to install it, it said someone else by my email address was doing it. To me that suggests that I HAVE got it already installed. Would that be right? Appreciate your help with this one.
