How to rotate screen to vertical (or) horizontal in Windows Vista? [Guide]

Are you stuck or wondering how to change the view of your Windows Vista from Horizontal to Vertical (or) Vertical to Horizontal? You can learn about it here in this post.

To change the view, press the following keys on your keyboard Ctrl + Alt + UP Arrow Key, or try Ctrl + Alt + and a different Arrow Key.

If the above method does not work, then please try: Right-click on empty Desktop > Graphics Options > Rotation.
