Track the order via SMS

If you don’t get any message then you can track manually by sending an SMS. The SMS charges will be applicable. Below you can see the format in which you should send the SMS.

  • SMS POST TRACK SPEED POST NUMBER to 166 or to 51969 to know the status of the Speed Post article
  • SMS POST TRACK PNR NUMBER to 166 or to 51969 to know the status of the e-Money order.

Note:

  • The SMS is case-sensitive. Use all CAPITAL LETTERS only.
  • The status will be available for items booked up to 60 days from the date of SMS inquiry.

Where to find your Tracking Number?

If you booked the article online, the tracking number will be intimated over mail once it is inducted at the Post Office counter.

For walk-in customers at the Post office, the receipt provided at the counter will have the tracking number.
