Solution

If you have missed your delivery then FedEx will try to deliver your parcel on the next working date. They may also leave a door tag during the first failed delivery attempt. FedEx will try to deliver your package three times in three different working days. Then it will be sent to the nearby FedEx center and you should call them and ask them to put your parcel on hold.

The door tag contains the time and location of the FedEx location where you can walk and get your parcel. While visiting the FedEx center, please carry an authentic ID proof and the door tag to verify that you are the actual owner of the parcel.

If you believe that FedEx hasn’t tried to deliver your parcel yet and if you are in hurry then you can contact the FedEx customer care support for your location and ask them to deliver it as soon as possible. Also, make sure that you will be available at your home on the given date.
